This add-on is for customers who need hands-on help connecting an existing website domain to their Squarespace website and prefer not to manage technical domain settings on their own.
With this service, Opal Marketing Agency will access your domain provider and update the required domain settings so your existing domain points to your Squarespace site and your website can be published.
What’s included:
Temporary access to your domain provider
Updating DNS records required to connect your domain to Squarespace
Verification that your domain is correctly connected
Authorization and scope
By purchasing this service, you authorize Opal Marketing Agency to access your domain provider account solely for the purpose of updating domain settings needed to connect your website to Squarespace.
This is a one-time setup service. It does not include email setup, email troubleshooting, domain transfers, ongoing domain management, or future domain changes.
Domain connection timing depends on your domain provider and may take up to 72 hours to fully resolve.
For security purposes, you may update your domain provider password after setup is complete.
